  • Co-founder

    ¡Hola! I’m Emerson. My formal educational journey has been varied and enriching, taking me from an A.A.S in Residential Carpentry to a B.A./B.S. in Language & Culture and Agricultural Ecosystems to an M.A. in Applied Spanish from Middlebury College. I hold a TESOL certificate from Gonzaga University and I recently completed a Spanish-English translation certificate program through the University of Arizona. 

    I’ve been a language teacher for six years and currently work as an adjunct professor of Spanish and ESOL in a Higher Education environment, where I also hold the role of in-house translator. As a co-founder of Contexto Communications, I am excited to draw on my teaching and facilitation experience and apply my language skills and communicative strengths to the translation market to support bilingual community engagement initiatives.

    I’m Fabián, a former Spanish and English immersion teacher with over seven years of experience helping people connect across languages. My background in education taught me how to explain complex ideas clearly and with care—skills I now bring into my work as a translator.

    I co- founded Contexto Communications to provide translations that are both precise and human. Whether it’s a legal document, medical text, or marketing content, I make sure your message is carried across cultures with accuracy and respect.
